[00:00:02] Hussein Shahin: I am a sales engineer at Accredible and I'll be showing you a quick overview of the Accredible product. 

[00:00:08] Hussein Shahin: Now let's get started. 

[00:00:10] Hussein Shahin: I'll be showing you the recipient experience today. 

[00:00:12] Hussein Shahin: So the very first interaction between the recipient and their Credential will be via an email. 

[00:00:18] Hussein Shahin: You receive an email letting you know that you've completed the course, and as a result, you've received either a badge or a certificate. 

[00:00:26] Hussein Shahin: In this case, it's a badge. 

[00:00:28] Hussein Shahin: Let's go ahead and launch here. 

[00:00:31] Hussein Shahin: I'm landing at my Credential page, and the very first option we want to highlight here is that it did not require me to sign in. 

[00:00:38] Hussein Shahin: We believe credentials should be public by default. 

[00:00:40] Hussein Shahin: We find a lot of value in making the recipient experience as seamless as possible. 

[00:00:45] Hussein Shahin: You can make it private if you want to, but by default, in this example, it's a public Credential. 

[00:00:51] Hussein Shahin: I see the name of the course and some features that can help me make the most use of my digital experience. 

[00:00:58] Hussein Shahin: Do I want to download the badge? 

[00:01:00] Hussein Shahin: Do I want to email it for someone to let them know, hey, this is a proof I've received a Credential. 

[00:01:05] Hussein Shahin: Do I want to embed this to my email signature or to my website? 

[00:01:09] Hussein Shahin: And many more functions and options that you can do. 

[00:01:13] Hussein Shahin: I can see a description about the course and what skills I picked up across the way. 

[00:01:19] Hussein Shahin: Also we want to highlight here is that you can share it to your social media platforms. 

[00:01:24] Hussein Shahin: We have 10th and 10th of applications you can share to, but the main ones, facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, LinkedIn? 

[00:01:31] Hussein Shahin: A lot of our customers are utilizing LinkedIn to share and show off their credentials that they have received. 

[00:01:38] Hussein Shahin: Now this specific Credential is letting me know here that it's part of a pathway. 

[00:01:43] Hussein Shahin: This is interesting. 

[00:01:44] Hussein Shahin: Let's see what this pathway is showing. 

[00:01:47] Hussein Shahin: So it's letting me know, okay, he's saying you've received the Hazard Communication badge. 

[00:01:52] Hussein Shahin: You've got 12345 more badges to collect before you receive your overall certificate of workplace safety training. 

[00:02:01] Hussein Shahin: This is our pathways features. 

[00:02:03] Hussein Shahin: Pathways can be as simple or as complex as you would require just to make sure you have an end to end process where you show the route between a course and its micro badges all the way to the final certificate that the student may receive.

[00:02:19] Accredible's White Labeling Feature and Verification for Certificates

[00:02:19] Hussein Shahin: I'm going to close out of here and out of here, and I'm going to be showing you another feature we have, which is a fully white labeled feature. 

[00:02:28] Hussein Shahin: Here I'm sharing Gong, one of our customers examples. 

[00:02:31] Hussein Shahin: They're utilizing both badges and certificates and they have a fully white labeled experience. 

[00:02:38] Hussein Shahin: Anyone going through or exploring Gong's Credential, they will notice that they might be on the Gong website because it doesn't look any different. 

[00:02:48] Hussein Shahin: The URL is custom, the header, the footer is all from the Gong's website. 

[00:02:56] Hussein Shahin: And this is really cool. 

[00:02:57] Hussein Shahin: We really like this example. 

[00:02:58] Hussein Shahin: Now I'm going to be showing you a further feature from Gong here, which is the verify feature. 

[00:03:03] Hussein Shahin: If someone sends this to me via email, I want to verify that this is true. 

[00:03:08] Hussein Shahin: I can click Verify Credential, and as a result, I'll be able to see, is this a verified issuer? 

[00:03:15] Hussein Shahin: Who is it from? 

[00:03:17] Hussein Shahin: And this example happens to be part of Blockchain. 

[00:03:21] Hussein Shahin: We use bank level encryption so you can have your credentials secured to a blockchain record with a blockchain ID, which is the highest level of security you can go to. 

[00:03:31] Hussein Shahin: This is great because now I know that this person, Brian Collins, has what he claims to have. 

[00:03:40] Hussein Shahin: This is our fully white labeled experience that Gong is utilizing today.

[00:03:44] Spotlight Directory Explained

[00:03:44] Hussein Shahin: Another feature we want to highlight today is the Spotlight directory. 

[00:03:49] Hussein Shahin: And because we've used Gong as an example, let's use Gong's Spotlight directory here. 

[00:03:54] Hussein Shahin: I'm seeing a directory from Gong. 

[00:03:56] Hussein Shahin: So everyone is collecting credentials in my organization. 

[00:04:00] Hussein Shahin: How about we group them all in a directory just so we have ease of navigation where we can pinpoint students and earners? 

[00:04:09] Hussein Shahin: Maybe I want to fill an internal role. 

[00:04:11] Hussein Shahin: So this is Gong's Spotlight Directory. 

[00:04:15] Hussein Shahin: Maybe I have got a position internally, and I need someone with, let's say, Salesforce experience. 

[00:04:22] Hussein Shahin: I'm going to click salesforce. 

[00:04:24] Hussein Shahin: So I've got a few options for me, and I want someone who's available full time. 

[00:04:29] Hussein Shahin: The list starts narrowing down now. 

[00:04:31] Hussein Shahin: It's easier for me to pinpoint. 

[00:04:33] Hussein Shahin: Now I know that Preston and Lisa both have Salesforce experience and they're both available full time, so I can launch their profile. 

[00:04:41] Hussein Shahin: I can contact them on LinkedIn. 

[00:04:43] Hussein Shahin: I know where they're located. 

[00:04:45] Hussein Shahin: I can see what credentials they've earned across the way. 

[00:04:48] Hussein Shahin: So this is a very cool tool to group my organization into an internal LinkedIn experience.

[00:04:54] Introduction to Analytics Feature of Accredible

[00:04:54] Hussein Shahin: And now the final feature I want to wrap up today with is our analytics feature. 

[00:04:59] Hussein Shahin: So we're going to be issuing credentials a lot, and we want to grab some data about these credentials. 

[00:05:04] Hussein Shahin: How many groups do I have? 

[00:05:05] Hussein Shahin: How many Credential owners do I have in my system? 

[00:05:08] Hussein Shahin: How many designs? 

[00:05:09] Hussein Shahin: So this system is showing you a quick overview of the credentials you have versus how many have been opened. 

[00:05:14] Hussein Shahin: And you can dig as further as recipient activity and recipient engagement so you can find out more details about my recipients and the data I have in my platform. 

[00:05:26] Hussein Shahin: Today we've highlighted a handful of features.
