1. Purpose
In addition to the Terms of Service or other master services agreement or ordering document between Accredible and Customer (the “Agreement”), this SMS Services Agreement (“SMS Services Agreement”) sets out the terms under which Accredible provides access to SMS messaging services (“SMS Services”) to Customer through Accredible’s third-party SMS service provider. By using SMS Services, Customer agrees to the terms and conditions of this SMS Services Agreement. This SMS Services Agreement supplements the terms and conditions of the Agreement. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Agreement.
2. Provision of Services
Accredible will facilitate the provision of SMS Services via its third-party SMS provider solely for the purpose of enabling Customer to send SMS messages to recipients as part of Customer’s use of Accredible’s platform.
3. Customer Responsibilities and Warranties

3.2 Compliance: Customer shall ensure that all SMS messages sent via Accredible comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including restrictions on unsolicited communications, marketing practices, and data subject rights.
4. Accredible’s Disclaimers
4.1 Accredible is not responsible for Customer’s compliance with data protection, consent, or electronic communication obligations.
4.2 Accredible makes no warranty regarding the availability, timeliness, or reliability of SMS message delivery, as such delivery depends on third-party telecommunications networks outside Accredible’s control.
5. Suspension or Termination
5.1 Accredible may suspend or terminate Customer’s access to SMS Services if:

This SMS Services Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction specified in the Agreement (i.e., the Accredible Terms of Service for Accredible’s Certificate Cloud Services).
9. Entire Agreement
This SMS Services Agreement, together with any existing Agreement between Accredible and Customer, constitutes the entire agreement regarding SMS Services and supersedes all prior understandings relating to its subject matter. In the event of a conflict between the Agreement and this SMS Services Agreement, the SMS Services Agreement will control over any such conflict. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event of any such conflict, all non-conflicting terms of this SMS Services Agreement and the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. This SMS Services Agreement may only be amended or modified by a written agreement signed by authorized representatives of both Parties.
