Effective Date: November 4, 2026
These Verified Secure Print Customer Terms (“VSP Terms”) supplement the Agreement between EdInvent, Inc., dba Accredible (“Accredible”) and Customer governing Customer’s use of Accredible’s services. To the extent applicable, the VSP Terms also supplement the Parties’ applicable Data Protection Addendum (“DPA”). Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings set forth in the Agreement.
1. ELECTION OF VERIFIED SECURE PRINT
Customer may elect to enable Accredible’s Verified Secure Print feature (“Verified Secure Print”) for designated credential groups. By enabling Verified Secure Print, Customer instructs and authorizes Accredible to make available to eligible Recipients the ability to purchase printed versions of Customer-issued credentials through Accredible. Customer may disable Verified Secure Print at any time, subject to fulfillment of orders already accepted prior to such disablement. Customer may determine which credential groups, programs, credentials, or Recipients are eligible for Verified Secure Print.
2. AUTHORIZATION TO COMMUNICATE WITH RECIPIENTS
Customer acknowledges and agrees that, upon Customer’s election to enable Verified Secure Print, Accredible may present information regarding Verified Secure Print to eligible Recipients through the credential experience and related credential pages. Customer represents that it has all rights, permissions, consents, lawful bases, and authority necessary to authorize Accredible to make Verified Secure Print available to eligible Recipients. Customer acknowledges that presentation of Verified Secure Print purchasing options within the credential experience at Customer’s direction shall not be deemed unsolicited marketing by Accredible and constitutes a service authorized by Customer in connection with Customer-issued credentials.
3. AUTHORIZATION TO REPRODUCE CREDENTIALS AND CUSTOMER MARKS
Customer authorizes Accredible and its fulfillment providers to reproduce, print, display, and distribute (solely as necessary to fulfill Recipient orders placed through Verified Secure Print):
All rights not expressly granted herein remain with Customer.
4. CREDENTIAL CONTENT
Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, and appropriateness of all credential content, credential designs, marks, logos, seals, and other materials incorporated into credentials made available through Verified Secure Print. Accredible has no obligation to review, verify, or validate such materials before fulfillment.
5. FULFILLMENT PROVIDERS
Customer acknowledges and agrees that Accredible may engage third-party providers to produce, fulfill, and deliver printed credentials and related products. Customer authorizes Accredible to disclose Customer Data and Recipient Personal Data to such providers solely to the extent reasonably necessary to:
Such providers may include print fulfillment providers, logistics providers, shipping providers, and other third parties reasonably necessary to provide Verified Secure Print. Availability of Verified Secure Print products, fulfillment providers, shipping destinations, delivery timelines, and related services may vary by location and may change from time to time.
6. DATA PROCESSING
By enabling Verified Secure Print, Customer instructs Accredible to process Customer Data and Personal Data as necessary to offer, operate, and fulfill Verified Secure Print, including to:
Customer acknowledges that fulfillment of Verified Secure Print orders may require the transfer of Recipient data to fulfillment providers located in jurisdictions different from the Recipient or Customer. The Parties acknowledge that Accredible may separately process certain information as an independent controller when necessary to comply with its own legal obligations, including obligations relating to payment processing, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, record retention, and consumer protection laws. To the extent applicable, processing of Personal Data in connection with Verified Secure Print shall be governed by the applicable DPA between the Parties. The Processing Activities described in the Verified Secure Print Processing Activities Exhibit attached hereto form part of Customer’s documented Instructions for Verified Secure Print.
7. MERCHANT OF RECORD
Customer acknowledges that Accredible, or its designated affiliate, will act as merchant of record for Recipient purchases completed through Verified Secure Print. Accredible may establish Recipient-facing terms, purchase terms, refund policies, and fulfillment policies governing such transactions. Customer acknowledges that the then-current Verified Secure Print Purchase Terms applicable to Recipient purchases are available at https://print.accredible.com/purchase-terms, as may be updated from time to time. Customer is not responsible for collecting Recipient payments for purchases made through Verified Secure Print unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accredible shall be responsible for administering refunds, reprints, chargebacks, and customer service relating to Verified Secure Print purchases in accordance with Accredible’s applicable Recipient-facing terms and policies.
8. NO OBLIGATION TO ENABLE
Customer is under no obligation to enable Verified Secure Print. Accredible will make Verified Secure Print available only where Customer has elected to enable, activate, or otherwise authorize the feature through the Services, an ordering document, these VSP Terms, or another method made available by Accredible from time to time.
9. TERM
These VSP Terms remain in effect while Customer has Verified Secure Print enabled, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the Agreement. Termination or disablement of Verified Secure Print shall not affect orders accepted prior to the effective date of such termination or disablement.
10. ORDER OF PRECEDENCE
In the event of a conflict between these VSP Terms and the Agreement, these VSP Terms shall control solely with respect to Verified Secure Print.
Verified Secure Print Processing Activities Exhibit
This Verified Secure Print Processing Activities Exhibit (“Exhibit”) applies only to Customers that elect to enable Accredible’s Verified Secure Print functionality pursuant to the applicable Ordering Document, Order Form, or other written authorization accepted by Accredible. This Exhibit describes the Processing Activities applicable to Verified Secure Print and forms part of Customer’s documented Instructions for such Processing.

Where Customer enables Verified Secure Print, Accredible may Process Personal Data on Customer’s behalf as described in these VSP Terms and this Exhibit and as necessary to provide the Verified Secure Print service. The Processing Activities described in this Exhibit form part of Customer’s documented Instructions for Verified Secure Print.
2. Categories of Data Subjects
The categories of Data Subjects may include Recipients and other individuals designated by Customer to receive printed credentials.
3. Categories of Personal Data
Depending upon Customer’s configuration and Recipient activity, Personal Data Processed in connection with Verified Secure Print may include:
Special Categories of Personal Data are not intentionally required for the operation of Verified Secure Print.
4. Subprocessors and Service Providers
In connection with Verified Secure Print, Accredible may engage Subprocessors and service providers that perform services relating to:
Such providers shall be subject to the subprocessor provisions of the applicable DPA between the Parties.
5. International Fulfillment
Customer acknowledges that Verified Secure Print is a global fulfillment service and that Personal Data may be transferred to, accessed from, or Processed in countries necessary to manufacture, fulfill, deliver, track, support, or administer printed credential orders.
Such transfers shall be governed by the international transfer provisions set forth in the DPA and any applicable transfer mechanisms incorporated therein.
6. Controller Activities
The Parties acknowledge that certain activities associated with Verified Secure Print may be performed by Accredible in its own capacity as an independent controller or business, including:
