Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
   • The Referral Program is open to current customers who have an active contract with our company.
   • Referrers must be in good standing and not in breach of any existing contracts with our company.
2. Referral Submission
   • Referrals must be submitted through the designated referral form available here.
   • The referral submission must include all required information, including the Referee's contact details and company name.
3. Referral Acceptance
   • The Referee must be a net new customer to Accredible.
   • Accredible will accept referrals where an active deal is in the pipeline.
4. Referral Reward
   • The Referrer will receive an invoice credit equal to 10% of the Referee's first year Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
   • The invoice credit will be issued to the Referrer after the Referee's first invoice has been paid in full.
   • The maximum credit amount is subject to any limitations or caps as specified by our company.
   • Total invoice credits cannot exceed value of referring organizations current ARR
   • Referrals must sign for the Connect or Growth plan, or be at an Enterprise level.
   • The referral will only be considered valid if the Referee's deal closes within 12 months from the date of the referral submission.
5. Payment Conditions
   • The Referrer will not receive any credit if the Referee fails to complete the purchase.
   • The referral credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Program Changes and Termination
   • Our company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
   • Any modifications or termination of the program will not affect credits already earned through valid referrals.
7. Miscellaneous
   • Participation in the Referral Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
   • Any disputes arising from or relating to the Referral Program will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is based.

By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Our company reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer or Referee who violates these terms.
