Accredible, the world’s leading digital credential platform, is seeking a customer-focused Solutions Architect to become the trusted product solutions expert for our prospects, customers, and internal teams. This is a highly collaborative role sitting at the intersection of Customer Delivery, Product, Engineering, and Sales.
As part of our Implementation team, you’ll help customers and prospective customers understand Accredible’s capabilities, map their business needs to our platform, and identify opportunities for innovative solutions and integrations.
Your contributions will help set customers up for success by improving close rates, reducing implementation time, and reducing churn over the long term.

This role is remote EST- based, with occasional travel required to meet prospects and customers — typically less than once every two months.

💻 What you’ll be doing

- Acting as the trusted technical and integration advisor to customers and prospects throughout the sales, onboarding and expansion phases.
- Helping customers map their business requirements to Accredible’s platform capabilities.
- Providing technical confidence to prospects and customers by guiding solution discussions and answering technical questions.
- Designing customer and prospect solutions that align with their credentialing and integration needs.
- Running integration and technical discovery calls with prospects and customers.
- Identifying capability gaps and effectively communicating customer needs to Product and Engineering teams.
- Partnering with Enterprise Sales and Customer Success teams to drive adoption and customer success.
- Supporting large enterprise customers during onboarding and implementation phases.
- Building custom integrations using Workato, with support from Engineering and Support teams.
- Creating solution documentation, training, best practices, and reusable technical resources.

This role reports to our Senior Director of Customer Delivery as part of our Implementation team, while working closely with the CTO, Product & Engineering, and Sales teams.
You’ll be empowered to take ownership, improve processes, and help shape how the Solutions Architecture function evolves at Accredible. You’ll work independently while collaborating with experienced cross-functional teams who are focused on helping customers succeed.
