Summit on the Credentialing Economy

Danny King Speaks at the Summit on the Credentialing Economy

The Summit on the Credentialing Economy convenes leaders, influencers and innovators driving transparency and improvement in education, credentialing, assessment and hiring practices. Attendees will explore the evolving world of credentialing, including the value of credentials in seeking employment; technology tools to create and distribute credentials and emerging models and frameworks to ensure quality.

Connecting Credentials and Saylor Academy are hosting the summit to solve real problems. Their sessions aim to dive deeply into the issues facing clarifying credentials, demonstrating competencies, filling skill gaps and connecting credentials with employers.

“The Summit on the Credentialing Economy explores key issues we face as technology changes how/where we work, teach, and learn and companies like our partners at Accredible are important catalysts in that change” stated Jeff Davidson, Saylor Academy’s Executive Director. “We are excited to co-host a collaborative event with Connecting Credentials that aligns with Saylor’s mission to bring access to education, and therefore opportunity, to all.”

“Our mission to bring transparency to the world of credentialing, especially in the world of online learning. This aligns perfectly with the work of Saylor Academy and Connecting Credentials so we’re incredibly honoured to be part of the Summit. – Danny King, CEO of Accredible.
